HP Recommended
Product: HP 255 G5 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

For some reason I can't seem to use my webcam on my laptop. It already has a built-in lense, but there was no software on my computer for me to use it. So, I tried downloading YouCam from the HP website in order to fix this, but still ended up with nothing. The installation failed, giving me the message that said the program can only be installed on Hewertt-Packard products (HP), which is what my computer is.

I don't understand why the webcam will not work, nor the software. Please help me with this, since I have to use the webcam in a few days.
