Hi,

 

I am trying to configure a custom resolution for my external display.

 

However, I am unable to do so on the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel. The option is not available.

 

I have already downloaded and installed the latest graphics driver from HP:

Intel Video Driver and Control Panel - Skylake/Kaby Lake (Windows 10) - dated Mar 2020

 

Can someone please assist me?

 

Operating System
  • Microsoft Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)
  • Version (Build) 1903 (10.0.18362)
 

Device and Drivers

  • Intel® HD Graphics 520
