Product: HP ENVY X360 - 15-ds0502na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to discover a BT Mouse.   BT is working on the Notebook I can connect other devices such as phones, however if I use add a device/mice keyboard pens etc.  it immediately goes to couldn't connect.  No search is taking place.

If I select + everything else then ot goes through the correct search process.  I have gone through the stages of trouble shooting but thats not helped,  Used the AI service but that just runs through the same solutions.

 

Checked the BT mouse and it works OK on other notebook devices ( Dell and Lenovo) so its not the device the issue is with the Netbook
