HP ZBook Firefly 14 G7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have two monitors 24" and HP ZBook Firefly 14 G7.

I connect first one with HDMI cable to HDMI port in laptop and for second monitor I bought this adapter C31DP60HZP | i-tec USB-C Display Port Adapter 4K/60 Hz | i-tec and connect second monitor with display port cable.

So when both cables are connected, there is no DP signal on the monitor connected via DisplayPort cable and the monitor is not detected by the laptop. After disconnecting the HDMI cable, the monitor connected via DP works.

I revived this document Configuring multiple displays on hp zbook g5, g6, g7 but no clue what is wrong. There is only note for ZBook Fury line, no info about Firefly.

What can I do to use two monitors at the same time?
