Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys,

 

I have been following all the regular steps  on how to install a loopback adapter in windows 10 but still  i am unable to install it... i keep getting the 'timeout expired' message as shown below..... even tried to do a clean boot and then re-installed it but to no avail. Can someone please let me know what else I can try to get it done?
