HP 15 R007TX
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I brought my HP 15 R007TX laptop 2 years ago on Snapdeal. Now the battery is dead and I am using my laptop on power. I have been trying hard since 2 months to find a genuine HP battery for my laptop. When I called the HP service center they told that my laptop model is not a "Commercial Model" and that the battery will not be available in the service centers.

I also searched all the e-commerce websites like Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal and Hp store. On these websites the battery was being sold by sellers called Lap Gadgets and Lapcare. Unable to wait anymore I ordered the battery sold by Lap Gadgets on Snapdeal for Rs. 2599. However, when I compared it with my original battery I felt it was not genuine because it was not identical to my original battery although it was fitting in the battery dock. The battery had some chinese writing on its back which was missing on the original.

The Hp store (http://www.hpshopping.in/hp_oa04_notebook_battery) shows the correct battery model OA04 but the HP Part Code does not match the one on my original battery. Is this battery compatible with my laptop?

Please tell me where I can get a genuine battery for HP 15 R007TX.
