Hi,
I am DESPERATLEY trying to get my new Bose QC 35 wireless headphones to work with my HP laptop.
I managed to get the laptop to recognise the headphones - i.e. I have been able to pair them.
However, there is no sound coming through the headphones.
When I go to 'Devices and Printers', I can see an icon for the Bose headphones. I then right-click on the icon and select 'Services'.
Here, I can see that the computer and the headphones are connected. In the same box, I can see two options: "Listen to Music' and "Forward VoIP calls to Handsfree".
The description alongside the "Listen to music" option is as follows: "With this service you can listen to music by connecting your stereo headset to your computer. Please click the link to start."
Nothing happens when I click the link. I believe when it is workin correctly, I should see a big green tick.
PLEASE HELP!
Thanks,
Julie-Anne
