Unable to install HP Prime Virtual calculator "HP_Prime_Virtual_Calculator_2016_12_08.exe"

In the recent past I was a problem with Hide/Undhide Tittle Bar (with the last windows installation and also in my desktop) :
1) HP virtual calculator calculator doesn't memorize the status (Hide/Unhide) of the Title bar, always Unhide.
2) When I hide the status bar the calculator picture shift below 0,5 cm an double the bottom line of HP screen calculator.

No problem with HP connectivity kit last issue installation.
