Hi,

I have a problem with installing Support Assistant: the installer unzips, flashes a black window, and that's it. Running the unzipped installation file directly from the C: folder has the same effect - nothing happens.

I managed to install version 8.8.34.31 but it is impossible to update it because an error appears:
