Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have hardware issues with my Laptop, myself and my local diagnostic tech have narrowed the issue down to the right fan header faulted short. However, this very well could be a MOBO (motherboard) issue further down the line. The fan itself is difficult to find and my account has been deactivated even though I'm able to log in and check my warranty.

However, when I go to start 'attempt' to start an RMA process, the system refuses to work. I put in both the serial number and product number, because the system, "can't seem to recognize that serial number".  This has been a nightmare and HP support refuses to pick up the phone when I call, yes, it was 6:27pm cst and they're open till 7pm cst via their website. I just need help starting the RMA process. The product is registered and I have the payment information. Please, I don't want this laptop to brick. HP, please care about your customers.
