Product: HP Spectre x360 – 13-ac002no
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Upon starting my laptop without the power cable inserted, it crashes (is shut down/blackout) within approx 1-10 seconds. Then it is comletely dead and I can't restart it at all until the power cable is inserted - and then everything works just fine. Battery is fully loaded and I am able to run the laptop without cable once it is started up. 

 

Laptop is 3 years old, this is a new problem.
