Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 14
Operating System: Other
I trying to use my thunderbolt port which is not at all working. I am using Ubuntu 18.04 with a kernel version 5.3.0-59-generic. I updated the drivers as per the Ubuntu docs. The online forms and the Ubuntu thunderbolt device details tells me that the port maybe locked in the bios. I tried different steps to access the advanced settings of my bios, buts its not showing.
So what are the steps I need to follow to unlock advanced option in bios?
model number 14-ce0006ne
BIOS is InsydeH20
Note: The thunderbolt port is working fine for other laptops with same OS and kernel.
