Product: HP Elitebook 840 G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi guys,
I am not able to undervolt the processor (Core i5 101200U) of my HP Elitebook 840 G7 8PZ96AV. I am using ThrottleStop v. 9.2 and Intel Extreme Tuning Utility v. 6.5.2.40.
In Intel Extreme Tuning Utility the voltage offset settings are disabled. In ThrottleStop I can apply voltage offsets, however, the settings does not take effect.
Is this due to some king of restriction by HP? The system BIOS version is S70 Ver. 01.01.05. Do you know how can I undervolt this configuration?
