Product: HP 250 G5 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My laptop, even with full battery charge, will shutdown without any warning after 15-20 minutes when not plugged in to a power supply. The battery won't even go down to 50%.

It is only 2-3 years old and after updating everything I have run some diagnostics and checked the battery performance and nothing has come back faulty.
