Product: Stream notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just gothis laptip back from being repaired now im trying to upgrade my windows and apps but the thing says there isnt enough space?! How if the laptop was just facorty reset??? I have no downloaded or used it yet i just need to upgrade?! Do i need to be plugged into my external harddrive? Why is it so difficult all i need this thing to do is go online and use microsoft word i cant delete  anythong because the laptop wont work without the stupid apps
