HP 15-BS576TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After a previous experience of BIOS-UEFI update failure with a HP-15-BS576TX, when updating using Windows installer, I am wondering whether more technically aware users can update reliably, using a USB drive formatted with Freedos or DOS and extracted Insyde BIOS-UEFI binaries? We can make a FreeDos bootable usb using syslinux or some other options (Win PE?). Is there any how-to or details available? With the the extracted files of the BIOS-UEFI sp80452.exe shows a Insydeflash.exe, which is clearly, a DOS executable.

Insydeflash.exe: MS-DOS executable, COFF for MS-DOS, DJGPP go32 DOS extender

Another doubt is, if suppose you have firmware F.22  on a laptop and the latest is F.35, will there a need to flash the intermediate BIOS-UEFI updates (in this case it is F.24) in succession?

BTW, the BIOS-UEFI extracted files all looks like they are DOS executables.

Also, the motherboard of the laptop is 832B and if, the installer will identify the board and flash the necessary update, as there ar 08328.bin and 0832D.bin listed.
