Product: OMEN Laptop 15-ek0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased an OMEN Laptop (Product Name: OMEN Laptop 15-ek0xxx, Product Number:309B7PA#ABG, Model 15-ek0118TX) and hoping someone can assist with the following

 

1. It came with 16GB RAM and I'm hoping to upgrade to 32. Is there a spare slot I can use for another 16GB?

 

2. I would also like to expand the storage. Device Manager shows an Intel Optane+477GBSSD. I assume this is an M2 drive. Can I put another device in (either M2 or 3 1/2" SSD), or do I need to replace this with a higher capacity one?

 

3. It has Win 10 Home which I'd like to replace with Win 10 Pro (I have an unused licence for Pro). I'm an IT Desktop professional and are familiar with installing Windows from scratch, but are there any gotchas I should be aware of, or is it just an OS install followed by the HP driver downloads?

 

4. Finally, when describing the device, should I use the Product Name, Product Number or Model (why so many)?

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
