Hi suport team ,

Recently on my notebook usb ports stop with function , I think that was after inserting USB storage stick in left side port (3.0).

Usb ports are stop functioning after that and my WI FI signal become weak (only if im near router i have wirelles signal, 1 meter. 

I notice my notebook doesnt recognize lan port either . 

After using HP HARDWARE MENAGER UTILITY i get faillure code:9C5PPX-81J9SC-XD7WMA-8D1803.
