Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Using any remote access (i.e. RDP or webex remote controlling someone else's desktop) freezes my PC.

I tested both wireless and with a wired (USB ethernet adapter) setup, freeze is the same.

Freeze is not constant, and can happen within few minutes of remote work or hours of work.

My drives are all up-to-date.

Freeze requires reboot as mouse/keyboard stop responding.

My PC does not usually freeze in other conditions (using other applications or any games).

Freeze does not usually happen while interacting both locally and on remote window (i.e. cutting/pasting info).

does anyone experience similar issues?
