hello
whenever I switched on my laptop, it shows this error
(V C RUN TIME 140. d l l) is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status (O x c 0000020)

 

Please help me to solve this error....
