Hi,

I am from Malaysia. I have 2 HP Prodesk  and 2 HP Probook.... updating driver is really slow on all my computers.. downloading speed around below 20kbps only. I have 800Mbps internet connection, not really fast comparing to the rest of the world but should not be the reason that i am experience 20kbps from HP server.

If the servers are centralize at one location, i would like to suggest to have multiple sites for each region . At the time i am writing this our ISP told that there is a problem with APCN2 submarine cable but if has been rectify by rerouting traffic to other connection.  This cable connects Malaysia to Singapore, Hong Kong and San Jose in the United States. So if HP have multiple sites, we can choose to download from which servers by escaping servers on that connection. Or HP server are just sucks 😁
