Product: 1G136UA#ABA

Product Number 1G136UA#ABA , Model 17-by3053ci has very slow start up. Takes 3 minutes 44 seconds from the time you push the power button till it asks for the pass code, even takes longer to load the task bar. HP support suggested I do a bios reset which I did but was no help. It's new and has done this since I opened the box.  It has Windows 10, but I don't know the version, it's new.
