Hello dear HP support!
Software requires the MS loopback adapter. When I install it (including activate) my existing Wi-Fi will be turned off. why? When I turn off the loopback adapter, the Wi-Fi is reactivated.
What is the reason for this and how do I fix it?
With another notebook (not HP), the loopback adapter works fine!
I'm happy to have an answer! Thank you very much!
If possible, answering in german please!
Greetings

Hallo lieber HP-Support!
Vielen Dank!
Grüsse,
