ZBook 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! Yesterday I got the ZBook 15 as a birthday gift from my dad from France to help me with my university work since the workload for my old laptop was too much to handle and everything was working perfectly, the only thing that was bothering me was that Windows was in French. I switched to English, then more problems appeared that required the reinstallation of Windows 10. I reinstalled it and downloaded all the drivers from my laptops software and drivers page, and when I restarted it, I saw that it got stuck on the HP splash screen. I force shut it down by holding down the power button and turned it back on, after a few seconds I got welcomed by a very bright and white screen telling me that my wireless module is not supported, and lower it says that the system found an unsupported wireless module and disabled it: WWAN Module ID (703). This laptop doesn't have any modifications from what I know and it worked just fine before the windows 10 reinstallation and drivers installation. Also I can't see the cellular option anymore in the windows network settings. I don't know which WWAN Module I have exactly. If you would be so kind to help me with this problem I would greatly appreciate it!

Thank you so so much!
