Product: HP Elitebook 840 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an HP lt4112 Gobi 4G WWAN card on my laptop HP EliteBook 840 G1. The WWAN card was running driver version 13.1803.5.1 Rev.A (sp76944.exe). I recently updated the firmware of the card to version 12.500.01.18.1803 Rev.A (sp78935.exe). Since the firmware update of the WWAN card, the card has been stuck on EDGE (2G). My pc no longer sees LTE or UMTS network. I'm stuck on 2G. I have tried to downgrade the firmware without success. I need a heads up. My OS is windows 10 pro
