HP Recommended
Elitebook 850 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Installed WWAN module in Notebook.  Module shows up in Device Manager, driver loaded, no error message.

Installed SIM card in SIM socket.  Notebook connects to wireless network, data connectivity is functional.

Clicking on Mobile Hotspot starts the connection, shows the network name.

In Mobile Hotspot Settings:

Share my Internet connection with other devices is on

Share my Internet connection from shows the correct mobile data network

Share my Internet connection over is set to Wi-Fi

Network name and password is showing and editable

When I connect a mobile phone to this shared Wi-Fi network, it makes a connection but says: Connected, no Internet

I have tried my Android phone and two different iPhones, none of them could make a Hotspot connection that has Internet

What am I missing?
