Hello! I have a problem. My HP EliteBook 8740w (WD936EA # ACB) [Personal Information Removed] laptop is out of warranty. After that, an independent repair and replacement of the video card was made. Now when booting a Win7 / 32 system, the message "Machine is not in committed state!" I need an SMC file created for my motherboard.
