Product: elitebook 850 G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

This is probably a really dumb question, but there seems to be a webcam privacy slider on this notebook.  Does this slide via a key sequence or button or is it a simple manual slide?  It doesn't seem to "want" to move and I've seen that some elitebook models have a key sequence to slide, so didn't want to try to force it.
