Product: Notebook HP 15s-fq1004nl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The webcam of my notebook HP 15s-fq1004nl doesn't work after an update, the light next to cam turn on but the image is black, I've tried to restart. update the driver, disinstall driver, disinstall the webcam but nothing happened, I've also tried to contact the hp support, but thay could'n be able to solve my problem. Can someone help me? Thank you
