Product: HP 250 G7 (1B7K9ES)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

my new HP 250 G7 notebook has a camera quality like my first mobile phone, 640x480. There is no camera driver available at all on the HP support side for this product. They use the Windows 10 standard driver only, and Win 10 seems to recognise the camera with this setup. All update are done. Alternative driveroffered by HP and Realtek was also no solution .I was reading this forum,  and I am not the fist one issuing this problem. Is there now an up to date solution for that, or is it better to send the notebook back an get an other notebook brand when i need the webcam.
