Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, my hp webcam stopped working. Webcam does not appear in the device manager. I have used the webcam several times since purchase and have also used it in January. But it is not working any more and I do not know what to do.

As you know every occurs via zoom meetings nowadays and this is a massive inconvenience for me as a PhD STUDENT. 

Can anyone advice a solution or can HP finally help?
