Already for many years here the sequence of errors:
Skype video does not work
Camera does not work
USB Composite device driver does not work:
Unknown device
Port_#0004.Hub_#0004
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
The event trace on the system log has:
Warning: Source: BTHUSB
A command sent to the adapter has timed out. The adapter did not respond.
Error: Source: BTHUSB
The local Bluetooth adapter has failed in an undetermined manner and will not be used. The driver has been
unloaded.

Error: Source: Service Control Manager
A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the hpqwmiex service. }

Previous attempts to fix: replace motherboard & rebuild Win7 OS
NO success.

Conjecture: the BlueTooth module/radio is toast
Question: yes/no, what to do?
