HP Recommended

I cannot remove the battery because non of the screwdrivers I buy will fit in the screws M2.5x4. Can you please tell me exactly which model of screwdriver does this. Please bear in mind, I have NO TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE. I dont know the difference between screwdriver types. I need an EXACT description of the type and size of screwdriver I should buy. Thank you so much. Going mental here trying to fix this.
