Pavilion dv6
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Greetings All,

I have HP Pavilion dv6, Product Number WZ563PA#ACJ

Intel Core i5CPU   M450 @2.40GHz

System Memory: 4GB

slot 1: 2GB Hynix 1067MHz

slot 2: 2GB Hynix 1067MHz

System Board: 144A 65.38

System Bios: F.29

Video:

the HP Support Assistant reports the following:

Graphic Device  1: Intel HD Graphics

Version: 8.771.1.0 (09-09-2010)

But on the case of the laptop it is written:

ATI Mobility Radeon Premium (something more after that, but is illegible now)

Windows 7 Home Premium

I have 4 questions:

1) My laptop is always overheating , specially when using zoom or skype, it will just overheat very very quickly and shut down. How to stop the overheating problem. I am also using cooling fan, but it does not seem to solve the problem.

2) The ATI Mobility Radeon driver always stopping my computer from starting. just blank black screen. So I have to disable the ATI Mobility Radeon driver (Catalyst) and  also the Intel video driver, both of which I had downloaded from the support section of the HP website. Please help me find the right driver to reinstall or any other solution

3) I would like to upgrade to new CPU or Ram, or compatible graphics card, and need suggestions please

4) Is my laptop compatible with Win 11 ? I am unable to judge from the Win 11 page specifications

Any help, grateful
