Product: HP 15q Core i5 7th Gen - 4 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home 15q-ds0028TU Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The real issue is that a blank screen appears while booting and to resolve this I was trying to enter into the safe mode. 

There was an issue about 2 months ago. While performing the bios update, the PC restarted automatically and the infinite boot screen appeared. This issue was fixed from the HP service centre and now another has rise
