Pavilion 8LX85PA
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Dear Sir

I am a long-time customer who love HP products and I have two laptops in my house. One among the two is, the one which I had purchased recently on from Reliance Mangalore. It is still in warrantee period. The bill is attached for ready reference.

Product Sl. No.               5CD943HM76

Product Model No            8LX85PA#ACJ

Device name                   LAPTOP-69ON0EG8

Processor   Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-1035G1 CPU @ 1.00GHz   1.19 GHz

Installed RAM                  8.00 GB (7.78 GB usable)

Device ID                        D1256EAF-1C87-4F77-83C2-20E46119B86B

Product ID                      00327-35861-05040-AAOEM

System type                    64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

The laptop is working very fine as usual like all systems of HP. But I have an issue and submit the same for your kind consideration.

When I open the top display side of the laptop, the bottom frame of the display screen in the front side is coming off. I think due to pressure in the bottom line the clips/hinges are coming off. It is a manufacturing issue and this should be passed on to R& D wing for necessary advisory and correction in the product line.

I am a very careful person and have been working with laptops for more than a decade. I use the systems very carefully while opening with the middle portion, soft handling etc., and I take all precautions.

I request you to kindly rectify the issue in my laptop with either repair or replacement of the frame. The system has no issues and it is working fine.
