Product: Hp laptop model 15-da1009nl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got jus installed a new windows v20h2 on my laptop. It shows the the display drivers as Microsoft basic adapter instead of Intel uhd 620 so I update to get the correct one, it updates and then gets a black screen and doesn't respond to my ctrl+alt+del, mouse pointer also doesn't show on the screen. I was playing a movie when it updated and the sound keeps playing in the background of the black screen. I need help asap please.
