Product: HP G62 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi.

HP G62 Notebook gives me a white screen.

Windows works fine on an external monitor.

I have done the following:

1. Hard Reset.

2. Recovering the notebook BIOS using a key press combination.

3. Resetting the memory module.

4. Updating the BIOS and all drivers.

5. Changed the CMOS battery.

6. Taken apart all the parts of the computer and put it back to normal.

7. Run Memory, RAM and Harddisk test.

Please help.

All suggestions are welcomed.
