Hello,  I just wanted to ask about why my laptop randomly gets loud and shutsdown out of nowhere? The Fan was replaced and I had thermal paste applied to the CPU but it still randomly shutsdown. I'm pretty sure there is some hardware issue with the computer but I can't seem to figure whats wrong with it specifically. I ran a few scans with System Diagnostics and it mentioned that there was a hardware issue but it never listed what piece of hardware was malfunctioning. The laptop was already brought to a few professional/knowledgeable people with experience with computers and even they could not determine what the issue was.

Thanks in advance for any assistance!
