Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I install in my laptop omen 15-en0002la a new combo wifi-bluetooth network card (intel AXE 210NGW, wifi 6e), but is not recognized, not detected the wifi module, only bluetooth.

I tried search some option in BIOS (UEFI) to activate, but i don't see any option to works.

I tried uninstall the old wifi drivers, but the problem persists.

I install intel drives from intel https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/204836/intel-wifi-6e-ax210-gig/downloads.html, doesn´t works.administrador de dispositivos.pngIMG_20210928_143034.jpg

 

Any advise?
