Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi i have tried installing wifi drivers for my laptop after i upgraded to windows 10 version 1809. This happened after i connected my laptop on internet through ethernet. After that my wifi disappeared. Twice it appeared but would soon disappear again. I have tried installing manually the drivers but in the middle it just stops installing after opening command center. I have reseted and reinstalled my windows 10 and tried installing the wifi drivers manually but it just stops or freazes and doesn't finish installing.. Wireless card is Ralink rt3290
