I have a HP Zbook Studio G3 with ZBook Thunderbolt 3 dock.

I have a fresh install of Windows 10 Workstation 1909. Windows 10 offer me to upgrade to 20H2.

When I try to install the upgrade, it freeze at 61% and then failed with 0xc19001e1

I am aware of the Conexant ISST Audio Driver Issue, I have tried uninstalled the driver before the upgrade. It still failed.

Looking at the upgrade error log, it seems the upgrade failed right after:

AddDriverFiles: Processing driver: HP Dock Audio, Synaptics, Synaptics

AddInfAndCatalog: Adding catalog file: C:\Windows\system32\catroot\{f750e6c3-38ee-11d1-85e5-00c04fc295ee}\oem51.cat

Which I suspect it's the Synaptics driver is also causing upgrade issue. I did try the upgrade without plugging in the dock but still stuck.

Does anyone have a similar issue and how do you go pass it?
