Product: HP Spectre NoteBook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Notebook stopped loading Windows 10 about ten days ago.  Downloaded current Windows 10 from Microsoft to USB using another laptop and now am trying to start Windows 10 on the HP notebook using the USB.   However when this process runs it is not finding a hard drive.  Specifically the installer is asking "Where do you want to install Windows" and says "We couldn't find any drives".  Any ideas or references?  Thank you.
