HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi,

My laptop has had a black screen for a while. I thought I could fix it, but I dont think it is what I think it is. I feel like the battery or something is preventing it from turning back on. I dont know what to do and I need help getting it back on in time for next Monday.
