Hi, Thanks a lot for your wonderful guide. I just upgraded my pavilion dv6915nr, and got everything working except for the "coprocessor". Do you have any idea why win7 it's not recognizing it although I installed the nvidea chipset drivers?
EDIT: SOLVED! Reinstalling the driver did the trick! Everything working properly now. Thanks again.

@blade-runner
Hi,
You may try them if you want, but please remember about checking parameters as it is described in the guide.
If you do not want to waste time for playing with them then leave everything as it is now. As you said everything works now as it should.

Hi Daniel,
thanks for the reply, your tips is right!
To play with the display driver is like walking on a mined land. I don't try other driver.
Only have a doubt about the screen brightness that seems too little.
Have you an idea about this?
Regards

@blade-runner
Hi again,
If you think that brightness is not the best now then check this newer drivers.
In this case it is worth to try. Please report about your results.

Hello All
Firstly just wanted to mention, great post Daniel and to everyone else thats contributed. Its been very useful!
I have a DV9000 series laptop - AMD on WIndows 7 64bit and I have trawled through every page of this topic now and have still not solved the issue.
Everything seems to be working fine barring the integrated microphones (the ones in the bezel, left and right of the webcam) I cant see how to get them working. My sound seems to be working fine drivers installed are the Conexant HD Audio Version 4.33.1.61 this includes performing the optional update as suggested by
TimFromKharkov a few pages back. Anyone got any ideas I noticed a few of you had the same issue (webcam works fine and so does sound, microphone will also work if one is plugged into the mic jack,) I just cant get it to recognize the integrated mics! I'm trying to get everything working so I can make a recovery disc with paragon and this is pretty much all thats left to be done!!
Can someone also show me a pic of what these integrated mics are listed as in the device manager and in Sound-Recording Devices please.
Thanks in advance
