Product: HP 15-dw0085nl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello I've been trying to upgrade from Windows10 to 11 but after about 6 hours on the black screen saying "working on updates" it's still at 2%

Should I worry? Is there a way to stop it without causing damage to the pc? It does say to keep the computer on but it doesn't seem to be going on and I obviously can't wait days or weeks (at this rhythm) to use my computer again

Also I obviously don't want to lose my stuff or generally ruin a new pc for such a stupid reason, what can I do?
