My wired network keeps dropping.  Most of the time it disconnects:

This type of scenario mostly goes unnoticed.  However, the reconnect often does not happen requiring a manual intervention.

 

I have the latest BIOS, checked the cable and no router problems with numerous other NIC devices connected.
