HP Pavilion Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Laptop, when connected to Wifi router is not getting enough speed compared to other devices connected to the same router.  Moreover, the Upload speed(40Mbps) is pretty normal as per my internet plan(100 Mbps). But my Download speed is very low (approx. 1Mbps or even lesser).

My current WLAN driver: Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 bgn Wifi Adapter (latest one on HP site)

Serial number: [Personal Information Removed]
Processor: AMD-A8 chipset

Things I've tried:
1. Reset the Router & switched it On & off
2. Uninstalled & reinstalled the WLAN driver. Since I already had the latest one so had to install the same one again.
3. Used Google DNS.
4. Turned background Apps off, deleted all temporary files, etc.

5. Tried with the firewall settings as well.

6. Also the Bluetooth is off.

Still, the problem persists & I don't even know whether it's the problem with my Laptop or my router.

Please suggest a solution.
