Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm running a ProBook x360 435 G7 laptop (product #17G35UT#ABA) with a wireless keyboard and a wireless mouse, both on 2.4 GHz dongles. Periodically, maybe once every month or two, my keyboard will enter a state that includes lagging (delay between keystrokes and characters appearing on the screen), repeating of characters, and just not functioning at all. This condition does not appear immediately on boot-up or wake-up but develops once the computer has been on for at least a minute (and sometimes a lot longer). The failure will come and go for anywhere from a few minutes to an hour, and then vanish again -- and the keyboard will resume working perfectly for another month or two until the problem comes back. Maybe once every two or three months, my mouse will also fail in a similar way.

For both the mouse and the keyboard I've tried changing the batteries, moving the wireless dongles to different ports, and checking for driver updates, none of which has helped so far. I've also double checked that Filter Keys was off. I've seen that other posters have had success with this issue on their Intel-powered machines by setting "Panel Self-Refresh" to "Disable" -- but I'm not able to find a comparable setting on my AMD-powered computer.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
