Product: HID IPaq wireless keyboard

My HP iPaq PDA has long since died but I have the wireless keyboard (folding type) that seems to be ok. The only marking on the unit is HP iPaq and Bluetooth TM. So I guess it is regular Bluetooth.

Is this keyboard capable of pairing with an iPad or iPhone ? I tried but Bluetooth did not pair.
